Italy Traffic Fine Check is software offered by MixDigital, Turin, Italy. It applies general, public rules to the data you type and shows the result with its sources. The free check is provided as is, without charge.
Not legal advice
The results are general information generated automatically. No person reads your case, no lawyer is involved, and nothing on this site is a legal opinion on your situation. For a legal opinion, contact a lawyer. Rules change: each result shows when the rules were last reviewed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the dates on your ticket, for respecting the deadlines, for the choices you make and for anything you sign and send. Any document prepared by a paid option is drafted from your input; you review it, you sign it and you send it. The site does not send anything in your name and does not represent you.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep the rules and sources current, but we do not warrant that a result is correct for your case or that an authority will follow it. To the extent allowed by law, MixDigital is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a result. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.
Paid options
The paid options shown on the result page are not active. The buttons lead to a waiting list; no payment is requested or taken. When they launch, their own terms, prices and withdrawal rights will be shown before any payment.
Applicable law
Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply.
